7. Cara menghapus akun dan data

Di dalam aplikasi: Pengaturan > AKUN > HAPUS AKUN > konfirmasi (kata sandi atau akun Google). Yang terhapus: semua jurnal beserta screenshot, ringkasan bulanan, dan akun login, serta Stop Loss yang belum terkirim di HP itu. Tidak bisa dibatalkan. Bila koneksi terputus di tengah proses, aplikasi menyebut persis apa yang sudah terhapus dan Anda bisa menekan HAPUS AKUN lagi untuk menyelesaikannya; aplikasi tidak menyatakan akun terhapus bila hasilnya belum pasti. Jika aplikasi sudah dihapus dari HP: pasang lagi, masuk, lalu ikuti langkah di atas; atau kirim email ke trading.gate.u.official@gmail.com dari alamat akun Anda dengan subjek "Hapus akun Trading Gate". Kami memprosesnya dalam 30 hari. Menghapus akun tidak membatalkan langganan Google Play. Batalkan langganan di Google Play > Pembayaran dan langganan agar tidak ditagih lagi. Yang tidak terhapus dari aplikasi: catatan keamanan anti-curang (bagian 5). Pengaturan di HP (tema, checklist) juga tidak ikut terhapus; hapus aplikasi atau data aplikasinya dari Pengaturan Android bila ingin menghilangkannya.

7. How to delete your account and data

In the app: Settings > ACCOUNT > DELETE ACCOUNT > confirm (password or Google account). This deletes all journals with their screenshots, the monthly summaries and the login account. It cannot be undone. Unsent Stop Losses on that phone are removed too. If the connection drops half-way, the app says exactly what was already deleted and you can press DELETE ACCOUNT again to finish; it does not claim the account is deleted when the outcome is not certain. If the app is already uninstalled: reinstall it, sign in and follow the steps above; or e-mail trading.gate.u.official@gmail.com from your account's address with the subject "Delete my Trading Gate account". We process it within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions so you are not charged again. Not deleted from the app: the anti-cheat security records (section 5). Settings on the phone (theme, checklist) are not removed either; uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings to remove them.
